Most tenancy agreements will not include bills within the rent. However, some do, which is often stated in the market description or tenancy agreement.

By working with your agent, you need to fully understand your financial position and personal requirements, which will then be put forward to the landlord. If your offer is accepted, you will then be required to pay a holding deposit to secure the property.
