Amina brings over 20 years of senior management experience and more than 15 years in the property industry. She oversees compliance, landlord licensing, evictions, HR and recruitment. With an LLB and LPC, she is also an Accredited Agent and a former Magistrate, offering expertise in property law, regulatory compliance, dispute resolution, and possession proceedings.

With over 25 years in the property industry, Adam is a seasoned consultant with a strong background in lettings negotiation and property management. He specialises in refurbishments and residential insurance claims, combining technical expertise with a personable, solution-oriented approach.

Director of Branch Operations

Abul holds a BSc in Quantity Surveying and brings over 15 years of property industry experience. With a strong background as a Buy-to-Let Advisor and Guaranteed Rental Specialist, he offers in-depth expertise in residential investments and lettings. Abul has also built strong working relationships with multiple London borough authorities and produces educational social media content on property investment and market trends.

Yin holds a BSc (Hons) in Property Management and is an Accredited Agent. She has extensive knowledge of tenancy law, deposits, dispute resolution, lettings and operations. Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese, Yin ensures smooth office operations and compliant tenancy progression with sharp attention to detail and excellent organisation.
