Dear customers

As you no doubt will be aware, the world is dealing with an incredible crisis at present – the
Covid-19 outbreak. Please be assured that as a business we are closely monitoring and
responding to the evolving information shared through the UK Government guidelines. We
recognise that organisations are designing and implementing their own preventative measures
in light of Covid-19 and are keen to share with you our plans to ensure delivery of service during
this period.

Our objectives through this period of uncertainty are as follows:
1. To ensure safety and welfare of staff and tenants that reside in our managed properties.
2. To try and ensure 100% service delivery as best we can under the circumstances.
3. To keep landlords and tenants updated and informed as matters progress.

At the time of writing the government has advised we must all socially distance to try and
slow and contain the spread of the virus. As such, to ensure the welfare of our staff and
service users we have taken the business decision to close our office until further notice.
Please be advised that we continue to maintain our 100% service delivery as best we can
under the conditions, it will just mean things are done differently and remotely for the
time being. At all times please be assured that we will be following all correct
governmental and Public Health advice.
